Health Maintenance Organization (HMO)

Our HMO network offers comprehensive coverage and coordinated care, with a focus on preventive services and cost-effectiveness. Direct Primary Care (DPC)

Preferred Provider Organization (PPO)

Members do not need referrals to see specialists and can go outside the network, though at a higher cost. While PPOs generally have higher premiums and out-of-pocket costs than HMOs, they provide greater freedom in choosing healthcare providers.
